First of all,When you ask her out you say “Are you doing anything this weekend?” [Or anyday your free]
Then if she says yes. DON”T KISS HER!!!
DON”T EVER THINK ABOUT IT!!
You can’t kiss her until the second date. Okay.
Take her to a nice place and get to know her.

Girls give subtle cues that they like guys. They laugh at your jokes and they smile and flirt in little ways. If she is doing all that and you think she likes you, ask her out. Use humor, girls dig that in men. You can be the ugliest guy in the world but a personality on a man can turn them into prince charming in zero to seven minutes flat. So be funny!!!
As far as kissing take a little bit of cues from her. Don’t be pushy and just go for the kiss. You will know when it is right to kiss I don’t think you can ever plan for that. Good luck!!!
Okay first you just plain ask her. or send her a note. This will allow her to think it over. and kissing. If you listen to your instincts she will tell you when the rigth time to kiss is. I swear scouts honor. and to kiss. best to take your time you slightly angle your head and softly peck her lips with your own and SLIGHTLY press a little firmer . But take your time, if you rush you could bump noses, or completely ruin the moment because it isnt the “right moment”. I HIGHLY sugest you pratice on a mirror. It can make you one of the best kissers she’ll (or any woman) have.
